わたしたちについて
東京で10年間、
広尾ペリカンというビストロを夫婦で営んできました。
そのなかで出会った北海道ワイン。
おいしいということはもちろん、造り手の方々の人柄や考え方、
ブドウ畑を囲む景色などに触れ虜になりました。
そして想いがつのった末、広尾から海を渡り、
北海道東川に家族みんなでお引越ししました。
第二の故郷ともいえるこの場所で
北海道のおいしいワインをお届けしていきます。
For the past 10 years, my spouse and I have operated a bistro named "Hiroo Pelican" in Tokyo.
During this time, we encountered Hokkaido wines. Not only were they delicious,
but we also became captivated by the personalities and philosophies of the winemakers,
as well as the scenic beauty surrounding the vineyards.
After much contemplation and a deep connection with these wines,
we made the decision to cross the sea from Hiroo to relocate our entire family to Higashikawa, Hokkaido.
In what can be described as our second home, we will now share the pleasure
of Hokkaido's delicious wines with everyone in this community.

Next to the "Wine Shop Coperi," we operate a wine auberge named "Higashikawa Pelican."
You can purchase your favorite wines at Coperi and
enjoy them in the restaurant or your room, making them a souvenir from your journey.
We hope you can leisurely savor the expansive sky, the passage of time, and Hokkaido wines.
